The Broadview Senior Learning Community at Purchase College, SUNY features 46 senior living villas consisting of single and duplex wood framed units. The 140,000 sf project includes high performance wall panels that were insulated offsite. Mechanical room pods were furnished with an air handler, ERV, a high-performance heat pump water heater with expansion tank, sprinkler backflow preventer, the units’ water supply manifold, and piping manufactured offsite by Blueprint.
