The 37,000 sf project consists of 33 market-rate dwelling units and features first floor retail. Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) was used to replace traditional CMU for the project’s stairwell. This innovation achieved significant schedule compression as well as the benefits of a precision milled product adjoining Blueprint’s precise panels.
