Olympia Place is a 68-unit student housing complex near the University of Massachusetts in Amherst MA. The +-100,000 sqft Type III building will feature CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) floor decks and our MEP integrated wood frame walls. Construction is scheduled to start late 2024.
